When God's Word speaks directly to your specific situation. It's like a balm placed on a wound. Like the sun shining through the rain. It's liberating, healing, and empowering.

I'm not going to say what anyone else is going through. But I personally am going through a tearing down and separating season. It's uncomfortable, emotionally exhausting, and for someone that has control issues, its chaotic at best.

But it's also a relief to put down the things that I've tried to carry on my own for so long.

To be able to rest in his work and not toil in my own efforts.

To finally BE STILL. Not manufacturing an outcome. Not steering the outcome in any direction. Really not being involved in the process at all. Just standing still. Not responding this time. Not fighting and scratching this time. Not trying to predict the future. But being in the present and accepting what is. And trusting GOD for what shall be.

And I trust WHOLEHEARTEDLY that what shall be, will be WONDERFUL. Because the EVERLASTING GOD has breathed on it and created it to HIS LIKING. According to HIS WILL. HIS WORD. HIS WAY.

So with this knowing and strong confidence, I SURRENDER ALL.

Mark 14:58

Jeremiah 31:15-17 🔥

The Lord blessed me to read in the book of Jeremiah today. It was so sweet! He first showed me Jeremiah 31:16 on 12/19/22. Verse 16 really comforted me, but I didn't really get the surrounding verses until today. I pray I can glean more from these scriptures. You don't need to seek a prophet, when you can get it straight from the Source: The Word of God.
