Hi my fellow Ribs!
When my heart is grieved and my mind is racing, I can always turn to the Rock which is higher than I. His Word always comforts me and gets me to a place of peace. It instructs me and gives me hope.
The last few days have been that of reflection and I haven't had much to write. His Word says everything I can't say and more.
Psalms 119:71 - It was good for me that I was afflicted, that I may learn thy statutes.
Job 42:5 - I have heard of the by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye seeth thee.
Isaiah 59:19 - So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.
Proverbs 31:10 - Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.
Micah 7:10 KJV - Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.
Mark 10:9 - What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
1 Peter 5:10 - But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
Jeremiah 33:11 - The voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, “Praise the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good; for His mercy endureth for ever”—and of those who shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the Lord. For I will cause to return the captives of the land, as at the first,’ saith the Lord.
